Capteur K-MZS

Kloé developed a range of “all optical” integrated optical components dedicated to gas detection. These optical circuits are the result of Kloé know-how in optical design, of the versatility of its Dilase technology and its experience in Material Science.


Currently, our circuits dedicated to the detection of chemical substances are divided into three ranges :

  • The K-MZS range, components compatible with the gas multidetection in an end-of-line configuration.

  • The operation of the K-BGS sensor is based on the principle of Bragg gratings, photo-imprinted in a singlemode integrated optical waveguide. It can detect and quantify the presence of a specific gas. Its design facilitates an on-line deployment and allows real time monitoring of individual industrial facilities.


  • The K-FBG sensors, based on photoimprinted Bragg gratings in optical fibers, allow environmental control by quantifying any change in temperature or the presence of mechanical stress (strain, tension, torsion, pressure...)



Kloé offers the Monitoring Interrogator Unit, a comprehensive monitoring system dedicated to photonics components, such as K-BGS and K-FBG, for control of specific industrial environments.
