The Dilase range
The core business of Kloé is related to optical miniaturization and thus to high resolution lithography.
Since its creation in 2000, Kloé developed several generations of very high resolution laser lithography equipment, first for its R&D activities, and then for the production of its integrated optical circuits.
Today, Kloé holds a world record of form factor (>15) of patterns developed by laser lithography; this record is related to the exceptional optical depth of field obtained by forming the laser beam in the “optical tube” of Dilase equipments.
Dilase equipments is available in 3 ranges :
- Dilase 250 : Tabletop range equipment
- Dilase 650 : High resolution direct laser writing equipment
- Dilase 750 : High level, high flexibility equipment (view our video here)

The UV-KUB range
UV-KUB is a compact UV-LED based masker, touchscreen controllable, offering hard or soft contact programming modes, made safe thanks to a hermetic curing chamber configuration, and hence requiring no cleanroom environnement.
The remarkable UV-LEDs lifetime (> 10,000h) makes it a long-life reliable equipment, with no particular maintenance requirements.
This laboratory equipment is particularly well-adapted to microfluidics applications, waveguides and integrated optical circuits fabrication, and surface microstructurations.

The K-ILU range
K-ILU is an industrial UV-LED based equipment dedicated to UV-light curable adhesives, either keyboard controllable (K-ILU version 1) or touchscreen controllable (K-ILU version 2), offering continuous or flashing programmable curing modes.
The integrated cold-UV concept ensures very low-stress bondings, essential to any pigtailing and optical assembling processes.
K-ILU version 2 can be equipped with 1 to 4 independent UV-curing heads, each 100mW / cm² powered, making this equipment the ideal solution for mass-production UV curing activities in optics, electronics or smart cards industries.
