Kloé launches two new optical adhesives types, PUT and PUV, in complement of PTx series (thermal reticulation adhesives) and Pux (very low CTE (Coefficient Thermal Extension) UV reticulation adhesives) series. PUV is a very high viscosity adhesive, compatible with the bonding of electronic chips. PUT is a high thermal resistance UV reticulation adhesive. A service to develop adhesives to specification is still offered.
